A few of weeks ago I hosted a Ladies' Tea Party at my church. I figured it was time for all the women (who work behind the scenes, who cook, who clean, who serve without complaint) to have a special event just for them!

For our centennial, the Ladies' Fellowship at church decided to create a cookbook to sell, and they asked me to design the cover! :) I decided to stick with a traditional look, paired with the centennial logo and font. I love it! I found a nice quality image of actual red gingham fabric to use for the background; I think the texture provides a softer, more worn-in feel.
I created the website for my church just over a year ago, and with that came the creation of a logo. I utilized the official Church of the Brethren logo into my design, and I basically just nestled our name into the current logo. 2017 marks our 100th year, and I wanted to create something special to commemorate the event, and to unify all our centennial celebrations throughout the upcoming year!
